Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Bury3D ("Bury3D", "we") provides a hosted service that turns videos uploaded from a phone or other device into Gaussian-splat 3D scenes and serves them to your customers. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are used for illegal activity, to infringe third-party rights, or to abuse the service.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of videos and other content you upload. You grant Bury3D a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service. We don't sell or share your content with advertisers.
4. Acceptable use
- No uploads that infringe copyright or other rights you don't hold.
- No content depicting identifiable people without their consent.
- No malware, automated abuse, or attempts to disrupt the service.
5. Pricing & payments
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Fees are stated at the point of purchase. Refunds are at our discretion unless required by law.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that every scan will succeed — Gaussian splat reconstruction depends on the quality of the source video.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bury3D's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make material changes we'll notify active users by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
