Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data — name, email, password hash (via Supabase Auth), organization details.
• Content data — videos you upload, the Gaussian-splat models generated from them, project metadata, updates, and invoices.
• Operational data — sign-in timestamps, scan job status, error reports captured by Sentry. Sentry receives stack traces and request URLs but is configured to scrub PII from request bodies.
• Payment data — handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number.

2. How we use it

• Provide the scanning, storage, and sharing service.
• Send transactional emails (password reset, scan complete, invoice paid).
• Detect and prevent abuse.

3. Sharing

We share data with the processors required to run the service: Supabase (database, auth, storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Sentry (error monitoring), Vercel (hosting). Each is bound by data- processing agreements. We don't sell your data and don't share it with advertisers.

4. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR / EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can export a copy of your data from Your data and delete your account from Delete account.

5. Retention

We retain account and content data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data and the content you uniquely own is removed within 30 days. Anonymised operational logs may be kept longer for security analysis.

6. International transfers

Our processors operate datacentres in the EU, UK, and US. Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

7. Children

The service is not intended for children under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.
